To maximize its potential, the owner is seeking to enhance the interior design. By carefully selecting high-quality materials and creating a stylish, functional space, the goal is to attract a wide range of potential renters and increase the property’s overall value.
Minimalist Style
Our goal was to create a space that felt like home, yet offered a blank canvas for renters to personalize. To achieve this, we opted for a minimalist design with a natural material palette. This creates a refined, inviting atmosphere that appeals to a wide range of renters.
The Design

We’re incredibly fortunate to have worked on a projects featuring breathtaking views. These panoramic scenes have been a major inspiration for our design concepts. We’ve focused on incorporating the view as a key selling point, ensuring that the interior design not only enhances the natural beauty but also complements it seamlessly. The result is a harmonious blend of stunning scenery and thoughtfully crafted interiors.
Bedroom
The bedrooms incorporate a curated selection of materials and custom-designed furniture to optimize storage while staying within budget. Hand-drawn artwork that seamlessly integrates with the design concept adds a distinctive element and elevates the overall value of the apartment.
